• 2+ years in customer-focused administration or property-related roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance for residential developments
• Liaise with homeowners and contractors and provide high levels of customer service
• Assist with budgeting, invoicing and record-keeping
• Support safety inspections and compliance related tasks
• Prepare meeting agendas and distribute minutes
• Maintain accurate records and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
