Job summary

Residential Management Group (RMG) is seeking a Property Manager to cover a portfolio across Edinburgh and the Lothians. The role blends home working, office visits and on-site attendance to deliver outstanding customer service to owners.

You will manage blocks and estates, handle repairs and invoices, attend meetings, and ensure service contracts run smoothly, with strong governance and support from back-office teams.

Qualifications

• Factor/Property Manager experience required.
• ATPI/AIRPM qualification preferred or willingness to study.

Responsibilities

• Manage blocks and estates, main contact for owners; address repairs, cleaning, gardening, invoicing queries.
• Complete and document regular development inspections.
• Manage service contracts; instruct maintenance and ensure satisfactory completion.
• Attend resident meetings.
• Resolve complaints within SLA timescales.
• Respond to owner communications within SLA timescales.
• Approve contractor invoices.
• Resolve owner invoice queries.
