Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a customer-focused role such as administration, housing, estate agency, or service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across residential developments.
• Obtain quotations and manage contractor tenders.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality standards.
• Arrange safety inspections and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Support onboarding of new residential developments and budgets.
