Job summary

CrossCountry is recruiting a Reservations and Systems Analyst in Birmingham (Hybrid) to support the implementation of a 6-month booking horizon in the reservation system and to manage all aspects of system data accuracy. You will work closely with the Revenue Management Team to refine dashboards and queries.

The role requires data-driven thinking, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication. Proficiency in Excel is essential, with desirable SQL and Power BI skills to enhance

Responsibilities

• Supporting with the implementation and maintenance of a 6-month booking horizon within the reservation system.
• Provide support for management of all aspects of the reservation system, ensuring train management data inputs/outputs are accurate.
• Work with the Revenue Management Team to review and refine dashboards and analytical queries.
• Consult with system suppliers and document answers to improve team knowledge and SME status.
• Collaborate with system suppliers to scope improvements with the Revenue Growth Manager and Revenue Management Systems Manager.
