Job summary

CrossCountry is recruiting a Reservations and Systems Analyst in Birmingham with a hybrid working pattern. You will support implementing and maintaining a 6-month booking horizon within the reservation system to enable customers to book further in advance and to drive sustainable business growth.

You will also work with the Revenue Management Team to review dashboards, refine analytical queries, and document supplier answers for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical skills and ability to apply them to rail business.
• Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with dashboards/BI tools (Power BI) and SQL is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of a 6-month booking horizon in the reservation system.
• Ensure data inputs/outputs are accurate and trainable for train management.
• Work with Revenue Management to review and refine dashboards and queries.
• Consult with system suppliers and document answers for wider team knowledge.
• Collaborate with Revenue Growth Manager and Revs Mgt Systems Manager on improvements.
