Job summary

CrossCountry is seeking a Reservations and Systems Analyst in Birmingham, offering a hybrid work setup. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining a 6-month booking horizon within the reservation system to improve customer experience and drive sustainable business growth.

You will support managing all aspects of the reservation system, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with Revenue Management to refine dashboards and queries. Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with the implementation and maintenance of a 6-month booking horizon within the reservation system.
• Provide support for management of all aspects of the reservation system, including ensuring that all data inputs and outputs are accurate.
• Work with the Revenue Management Team to review and refine dashboards and analytical queries.
• Consult with system suppliers to answer questions and documenting these answers to improve wider team knowledge and maintain own subject matter expert status.
• Work with system suppliers to scope relevant improvements, alongside the Revenue Growth Manager and the Revenue Management Systems Manager.
