Job summary

Places for People is seeking an organized coordinator to plan and manage the internal workforce, scheduling tasks, investments, compliance events, and responsive repairs across occupied and empty properties.

You will ensure timely appointments, keep customers informed, maintain real-time data accuracy, and build relationships with operatives and supervisors while supporting GDPR-compliant data handling and effective resource forecasting.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
• Experience using a scheduling database to plan and track tasks.
• Experience coordinating multiple activities across occupied and empty properties with timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan work for the internal workforce, including planned tasks and compliance events.
• Manage repair requests and ensure appointments are met within timescales.
• Provide timely forecasts to Field Operations Managers when volumes exceed resources.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant data handling and build strong relationships with operatives and supervisors.
