Job summary

Together Housing Group in Halifax is seeking a part-time Works Planner to support the Property Safety team. The role focuses on the day-to-day management of the electronic scheduling system, keeping appointments and views up to date, and ensuring high-quality customer care.

Hybrid working with at least one office day per week at Bull Green House is required; contract is fixed-term until 16 August 2027, 22 hours 12 minutes per week.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering frontline responsive repairs in housing sector.
• Ability to work within a team and across departments.
• Experience in social housing repairs environment.
• Strong IT skills with Word, Excel and Outlook; data interrogation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage work within agreed timescales per company policies.
• Identify and prioritise Section 11 repairs within required timescales.
• Produce regular monitoring reports for team/area/technician/priorities.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication of progress to customers and technicians.
• Reschedule jobs due to absences or overruns and communicate changes to customers.
• Coordinate with Planning and Repairs Systems Leader and teams on work quality and timeliness.
• Schedule repairs in collaboration with stakeholders including Delivery Team and Customer Contact Team.
