Saxon Weald is seeking a Business Support Adviser to join the HomeFix team on a 4-month fixed term contract. The role is 37 hours per week with hybrid working; the current pattern has the team in the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with induction period in-office support.

You will coordinate repairs, maintenance and planned works, manage information and support customers through their journey, ensuring services run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualificações

• Has experience in an administrative, coordination or customer service role.
• Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Builds positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Has good attention to detail and maintains accurate records.
• Is comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Takes a proactive approach to problem solving and following issues through to completion.
