Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking a Rent & Service Charge Analyst to join the Finance team. The role focuses on producing, administering and reporting customer rent and service charge data with a high standard of accuracy.

You will support rent setting, reviews and regulatory returns, while collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to provide reliable information and effective service delivery. This is a fixed term, full-time position with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Experience working with rent, service charges or customer charges.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication of technical information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain rent and service charge data, including estimates and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate customer charge data across systems to ensure integrity.
• Deliver high-quality analysis and reporting for operations and regulatory needs.
• Support annual rent and service charge reviews and regulatory returns.
• Investigate and resolve customer charge queries promptly.
• Ensure financial information is processed accurately and efficiently.
