Job summary

Bromford is seeking a Rent & Service Charge Analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will join the Finance team, supporting rent setting, service charge administration, reporting and data management across customer charges.

You will work to maintain high data quality, regulatory compliance and deliver actionable insights to support informed business decisions. Occasional travel to Wolverhampton is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle and interpret complex data.
• Clear communication of technical information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain rent and service charge data including estimates and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate customer charge, financial and property information in systems.
• Deliver high-quality analysis and reporting to support regulatory and audit requirements.
• Support annual rent and service charge reviews and regulatory returns.
• Investigate and resolve customer charge queries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure financial information is processed with high accuracy and attention to detail.
