Job summary

bdht is seeking a detail-oriented Rent & Service Charge Officer to join the Finance team in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. This 22.5-hour per week role focuses on rent and service charge setting, reconciliations, and leaseholder administration, with a DBS check at basic level.

You will support balance sheet work, forecasts and year-end activities, while maintaining strong relationships across teams and providing accurate information to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a financial environment.
• Excellent ICT skills with Excel and finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead rent and service charge setting and reconciliations.
• Manage leaseholder administration and annual charge reconciliations.
• Support production of management accounts and year-end processes.
• Contribute to budgets and forecasts and insurance administration.
