Job summary

Phoenix Software is seeking a Managed Security Specialist to join our Solutions Team in the UK. You will drive awareness, pipeline and revenue for managed security services, working with sales, customers and delivery specialists to position the right solutions.

As a subject matter expert, you will support customer engagement, sales enablement and opportunity development, delivering compelling demonstrations and ensuring successful proposals and Tend rs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a managed security sales, pre-sales or customer-facing role.
• Minimum of 1 year's experience within managed security services, cyber security sales or a related field.
• Experience working within IT services or managed services environments desirable.
• Eligibility to obtain or already have SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support growth and adoption of Phoenix’s managed security services portfolio.
• Work with Account Managers to identify and progress opportunities.
• Act as a trusted specialist resource during customer engagements and solution discussions.
• Present and demonstrate managed security solutions to prospective customers.
• Support creation of proposals, tenders and bid responses.
• Collaborate with service delivery teams to understand capabilities and outcomes.
• Deliver enablement sessions to internal sales teams.
• Support development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate pipeline information and assist with forecasting.
