Job summary

Phoenix Software is seeking a Managed Security Specialist to join our UK Solutions Team. You will drive awareness, pipeline and revenue for our managed security services, working with sales, customers and service delivery specialists to position the right solutions.

You will act as a subject matter expert, supporting customer engagements, delivering demonstrations and helping develop proposals, tenders and bid responses while staying current with the evolving cyber security landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in a managed security sales, pre-sales or customer-facing role.
• Minimum of 1 year's experience within managed security services, cyber security sales or a related field.
• Experience working within IT services or managed services environments desirable.
• Eligibility to obtain or already have SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and adoption of Phoenix's managed security services portfolio.
• Work with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to identify, qualify and progress opportunities.
• Act as a trusted specialist resource during customer engagements, service introduction calls and solution discussions.
• Present and demonstrate managed security solutions to prospective customers.
• Support the creation of proposals, tenders and bid responses.
• Collaborate with service delivery teams to understand capabilities and customer outcomes.
• Deliver enablement sessions to internal sales teams to identify and position opportunities.
• Support development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate pipeline information and contribute to forecasting.
• Ensure opportunities are tracked and managed through CRM systems.
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to continual service improvement.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the Phoenix portfolio.
