Phoenix Software is seeking a Managed Security Specialist to join our Solutions Team and drive growth of our managed security services portfolio. You will work with Account Managers, Business Development Managers and technical teams to ensure the right solutions are positioned to meet customer needs.

You will help customers understand the value of our offerings, support sales enablement and contribute to opportunity development in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting cyber security sales, pre-sales or customer engagement.
• Knowledge of SIEM, XDR and EDR technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Grow and promote Phoenix’s managed security services portfolio.
• Identify and progress opportunities with sales teams.
• Present and demonstrate security solutions to customers.
• Prepare high-quality proposals, tenders and bid responses.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and forecasting information.
