Job summary

Evelyn Partners is seeking a Service Protection Analyst to join the Liverpool team on a 12 month FTC. The role covers governance across Release Management, Service Transition and CAB, aiming to ensure operational readiness and live service stability.

You will support multi-system, multi-vendor releases, assess risks, and help drive change governance while benefiting from a hybrid working arrangement and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL) framework.
• Knowledge of Change, Release and Transition processes.
• Ability to assess risk and support governance decisions.
• Experience working in multi-system, multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

• Release Management Support - coordinate and execute releases across systems and vendors.
• Validate release readiness criteria (testing, rollback, dependencies, docs, environments).
• Track and elevate risks, issues, and dependencies ahead of release.
• Support structured release cycles and post-release validation / early life support (ELS).
• Contribute to reducing release-related incidents and rework.
• Service Transition (New & Changing Services) support onboarding of new services into BAU.
