Job summary

Larbey Evans Ltd in Liverpool is seeking a Risk Administrator on a 6-month FTC to join the Business Acceptance team. You will support new client and matter intake and assist with risk-related projects in a global law firm.

This hybrid role offers a salary up to £31,000, flexible remote days, and a range of employee benefits. Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and the Liverpool office are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration within a law firm or professional services organisation.
• Experience in Risk/Compliance desirable.
• Exceptional communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Business Acceptance team and the broader Risk team.
• Monitoring the Risk inbox and routing queries to the appropriate team member.
• Running ad-hoc and full conflict searches and analysing results to filter Irrelevant hits.
• Processing change requests to existing clients and matters where a risk review is not required.
• Ensuring information barriers are created, amended and maintained.
• Managing the gifts and hospitality register and cross-checking entries against expenses.
• Organising team meetings, collating agenda items and assisting in preparing slide decks.
• Conducting housekeeping tasks within the Intake tool to maintain an efficient process.
