Job summary

R&V Group Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Operations Coordinator for an office-based role in the UK. You will coordinate candidate placements, manage the recruitment database, and liaise with candidates, clients, and internal teams.

You will support workforce planning to ensure shift cover, handle emails and schedules, and contribute to a friendly, supportive team environment. Weekly salary payments and full training are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and people skills.
• Confident multitasking under pressure, especially at busy times like Easter, Summer & Christmas.
• Flexible to work all shift patterns: 9am - 5pm, 2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm, weekends, and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the recruitment database.
• Liaise with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
