Job summary

Safer Hand Solutions is recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator to join the People & Culture team in Stone with hybrid working. The role supports recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and collaboration with hiring managers throughout the process.

Responsibilities include coordinating the end-to-end recruitment cycle, advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, pre-employment checks, and onboarding documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR administration.
• Experience arranging interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment process from vacancy approval through to appointment.
• Create and advertise vacancies across a range of recruitment channels.
• Manage candidate applications and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Arrange interviews, assessments and candidate communications.
• Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment activity and feedback.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks, including references and right-to-work checks.
• Organise new starter inductions and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate equipment and access requirements for new employees.
• Maintain recruitment and onboarding systems and records.
• Produce recruitment and onboarding reports where required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes.
