Confidential is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join the HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is full-time, hybrid (local to Stoke-on-Trent), Monday to Friday 8.30am–5pm, with a salary of £30,000 plus benefits.

You will support the recruitment and onboarding journey from vacancy approval to a new employee's first day. You'll manage vacancies, applications, interviews, pre-employment checks and induction logistics, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR administration.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment process from vacancy approval through to appointment.
• Advertise vacancies across recruitment channels and maintain accurate records.
• Manage candidate applications, shortlisting, interviews and feedback.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts and onboarding documents.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and new starter paperwork.
• Organise inductions and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain recruitment data across HR systems and generate routine reports.
