Mott MacDonald Bentley in Glasgow is seeking a Recruitment Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires and help deliver the recruitment strategy.

You will source candidates, create attractive adverts, utilise our ATS, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate records, ensuring a positive experience and discreet handling of information.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or recruitment administration.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, with time management and ability to prioritise.
• Experience handling high-volume workloads.

Responsibilities

• Work with recruiters to understand resourcing requirements and role profiles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards.
• Create engaging job adverts aligned with the brand.
• Use ATS to advertise vacancies, manage applications and talent pools.
• Coordinate interviews (face-to-face and virtual).
• Maintain recruitment records and spreadsheets.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Provide recruitment administration and respond to inquiries.
