Job summary

REAL Technical Solutions Limited is seeking a Service Design & Transition Manager/Executive based in Worthing with hybrid working flexibility. The role focuses on designing services that meet business and user needs, ensuring operational readiness and seamless transitions within Digital IT projects.

You will deliver end-to-end service transition, manage SABs and AIS processes, and ensure alignment with governance frameworks while overseeing risks and RAID items across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITIL processes in large scale digital IT projects.
• Proven ability to design and transition services to operations with governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end service transition processes with governance compliance.
• Coordinate handover of services from project delivery to operations.
• Define and maintain Service Design Packages including capacity and costs.
• Identify gaps in service processes, systems, or resources.
• Lead design reviews to validate service readiness.
