Tetra Tech in Birmingham is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to deliver expert cost consultancy across infrastructure, commercial, residential, and government sectors. You will support cost planning, procurement strategy, and contract administration on projects often exceeding £100m.

You will engage with clients and design teams to drive value, balance commercial outcomes with sustainability goals, and contribute to risk management and innovation in cost practices.

Competenze

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying with membership towards or progress toward RICS.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality cost consultancy services and knowledge of construction contracts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
• SC clearance or willingness to obtain clearance.
