Tetra Tech Europe is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver high-value cost consultancy on major projects based in Belfast. You will manage cost planning, budgeting and procurement across education, healthcare and infrastructure sectors, working with senior leadership to ensure value and risk are optimised.

The role combines office, home and site work in a hybrid setup, with regular collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and clients to maintain high standards of service.

Formación

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or similar).
• Ideally working towards or hold RICS membership.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management with strong commercial awareness.

• Lead the commercial delivery of complex projects with robust cost control and value optimisation.
• Mentor junior colleagues and strengthen client relationships through professional delivery.
