Responsibilities

• Cost Planning & Estimating: Develop accurate cost plans and early-stage estimates to inform project viability.
• Procurement & Contract Management: Prepare tender and contract documentation aligned with industry standards.
• Project Delivery Support: Assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, architects, engineers and project managers.
