Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, coordination or administrative environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
• Excellent communication and confidence dealing with customers, contractors and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule repairs, maintenance and inspection work for operatives and inspectors.
• Diagnose repair issues and determine the most appropriate course of action.
• Raise and manage work orders using our systems to ensure jobs progress smoothly.
• Coordinate appointments and keep customers informed of planned works, updates and changes.
• Order materials and ensure the right resources are available when needed.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and performance information.
