Hill McGlynn Recruitment Limited seeks a Project Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant to join their Reigate team. You will deliver commercial and cost-management services across the project lifecycle, from feasibility through final account, liaising with clients, contractors and consultants.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline is essential.
• Experience in quantity surveying or cost consultancy is required.
• Strong commercial and numerical skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide QS and cost consultancy across projects from feasibility to final account.
• Prepare cost plans, budgets and tender documents.
• Analyse contractor submissions and prepare tender reports.
• Manage procurement, variations and change control.
• Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts.
