Hill McGlynn Recruitment is partnering with an established construction consultancy in Reigate to appoint a Project Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will manage commercial and cost aspects across multiple projects and support junior surveyors in their development.

The role offers hybrid working, a 37.5-hour week, flexible start times and a salary of £53,000–£67,000 depending on experience. A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related field is essential.

Formación

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline required.
• Experience in cost consultancy and quantity surveying.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract QS work.
• Ability to mentor junior surveyors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Quantity Surveying and cost consultancy on multiple projects.
• Manage feasibility through final account and budgets.
• Prepare cost plans and tender documentation.
• Advise on procurement strategy and commercial risk.
• Mentor Graduate and Assistant Surveyors.
• Lead client, design team and project meetings.
• Analyse submissions and produce tender reports.
• Monitor expenditure against budgets.
• Promote best practice and high professional standards.
