Hill McGlynn Recruitment Limited is supporting a respected construction consultancy to appoint a Project Senior Quantity Surveyor in Reigate. The role oversees commercial management, cost consultancy and client liaison across a portfolio of projects.

You will mentor junior surveyors, manage feasibility through final accounts, and contribute to cost planning, tendering and risk management in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related construction discipline (essential).
• Significant Quantity Surveying or Cost Consultancy experience.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and cost management across multiple projects from feasibility to final account.
• Mentor and develop junior surveying staff.
• Prepare cost plans, tender documents and reports; advise on procurement and commercial strategy.
