We're looking for a highly organised and analyticalProject Plannerto support Project Falcon, a large-scale transformation programme at Tarmac.This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and programme leadership, ensuring robust planning, scheduling, and forecasting across a complex, multi-workstream environment.
As Project Planner, you'll be the expert behind the programme schedule, bringing visibility, structure, and insight to critical delivery activities.
You'll be responsible for:
We're keen to hear from planners who combine technical scheduling expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills.
You'll bring:
Proven experience as aProject Planner, Planning Analyst , Scheduler, or similar rolewithin complex projects or programmes.
Demonstrable expertise in:
Experience working with recognised planning tools such as:
Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities, including advanced spreadsheet skills.
The confidence to challenge assumptions, forecasts and delivery plans constructively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
