Job summary

Pontoon is seeking a Project Information Officer in Warwick, adopting a hybrid model with travel to the office as required. You will support the Project Services team on HVDC subsea links between Scotland and England, ensuring robust document control across the program.

The role requires at least three years in document control on complex projects, excel in Word, Excel, SharePoint and AutoDesk, and strong organisational, communication and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience administering document control for complex projects.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, SharePoint, and AutoDesk.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organisational skills.
• Strong health and safety awareness in project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Document Management: Administer and maintain document control systems.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements including CDM files.
• Collaboration: Work with project teams to provide access to latest documents.
• Reporting: Manage RAMS and drawings registers and provide updates.
• Quality Control: Audit document control processes and address non-compliance.
• Training and Support: Train team members on document control procedures and systems.
