Job summary

JP Engineering is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our growing geostructural team on multiple live projects across London, the Home Counties and the South Coast. You will manage project information, drawings, RFIs and documentation, working closely with design teams, clients and senior management.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Document Control within construction, engineering or design.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using CDE/EDMS systems such as Aconex, Asite, Procore or Viewpoint/4Projects.
• Strong with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Proactive, reliable and confident communicating with clients and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and issue project drawings and documentation.
• Control revisions, registers and document workflows.
• Issue and monitor RFIs and chase responses.
• Carry out QA checks on drawings, filenames and metadata.
• Manage CDE platforms and project filing systems.
• Support O&M manuals, handover and project close-out.
• Keep project information accurate, organised and up to date.
