inTEC Education is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to support governance and delivery across a varied portfolio. You will work with the Head of Projects to maintain schedules, trackers and reporting, ensuring timely updates and proactive action follow-up across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in project coordination or PMO support.
• Strong knowledge of project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience maintaining trackers, schedules and project documentation.
• Experience supporting multiple Project Managers simultaneously.
• Familiarity with formal project governance or PMO processes.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain consistent project governance across the project portfolio.
• Ensure documentation, schedules, trackers and reporting are up to date.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and actions.
• Maintain central project portfolio tracker and PMO records.
• Collate updates from Project Managers for senior visibility.
• Provide regular project and portfolio updates to stakeholders.
