ICF is seeking an organised project and admin coordinator to support sports, PE and physical activity programmes from the UK. The role ensures plans, data, communications and financial processes are kept orderly so programme teams and partner networks can deliver effectively.

You will maintain plans and databases, respond to enquiries, coordinate meetings and events, and support financial controls, templates and communications to streamline delivery and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience providing project, programme or administrative support in a busy team.
• High attention to detail and confidence maintaining databases, spreadsheets and structured records.
• Good written and verbal communication and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
• Ability to prioritise changing workloads, meet deadlines and work collaboratively.

Responsabilités

• Maintain project plans, action logs, contact databases, document libraries and programme trackers.
• Respond to routine enquiries from schools, practitioners, community organisations and delivery partners and route complex issues appropriately.
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions and network events, including invitations, materials, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Collect monitoring information, check completeness and prepare routine summaries for programme reporting.
• Support purchase orders, invoices, grants administration and other financial controls in line with agreed processes.
• Format and proofread programme documents, resources and stakeholder communications.
• Help improve templates, workflows and shared systems so information is easier to find and use.
