Job summary

ICF is seeking a Project Manager to support mobilisation and delivery of complex consulting programmes within the UK & India Consulting Division. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, maintain governance, and ensure delivery milestones are met across education, environment, health, energy and public policy programmes.

The role is hands-on, requires strong organisation and commercial awareness, and may take ownership of workstreams or PMO functions on larger programmes.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree, professional qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience managing projects or substantial workstreams in consulting, professional services or complex environments.
• Experience with mobilisation, delivery planning, governance, risk and issue management, reporting and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Mobilisation and planning: translate contracts into delivery plans, governance, milestones and controls.
• Delivery: manage day-to-day delivery across projects, track milestones and risks, provide concise updates.
• Commercial/financial: budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, cost monitoring and reporting.
