Ex-Mil Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead delivery of software solutions. You will own the product backlog, prioritise features, and work closely with engineering teams and senior stakeholders to ensure value-driven, commercially aware product development.

The role requires translating business requirements into actionable user stories, guiding iterative delivery, and maintaining alignment with wider business objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a Product Owner or similar software delivery role.
• Strong experience managing, maintaining and prioritising product backlogs.
• Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience translating business and technical requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

• Guide delivery of new features and product improvements with development teams.

• Make day-to-day product decisions to keep development progressing efficiently.

• Ensure developments deliver value to customers and the business.
• Collaborate with engineering to clarify requirements and remove obstacles.
• Support product roadmaps and align activities with wider strategy.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate priorities and progress.
