Job summary

FORT - Future of Recruiting Technologists is a technical & IT search consultancy based in the North of England. We are seeking a hands-on Product Owner to own feature delivery, working with Product leadership, Engineering and customers to shape how the platform evolves.

You will translate customer and business requirements into clear, practical solutions, create user workflows and wireframes, and ensure engineering teams have what they need to deliver high-quality functionality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience defining features from concept to release.
• Strong requirements gathering and functional specification experience.
• Ability to own features end-to-end from requirements to release.
• Experience creating user workflows and detailed acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own features from initial concept through development, testing and release.
• Define requirements, user workflows, wireframes and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product leadership, Engineering and customers to shape platform evolution.
• Support releases and gather feedback to improve the product and user experience.
