Phoenix Software is recruiting a Product Owner to join its product and delivery function in a hybrid setting. You will own the product backlog, translate business needs into actionable work, and work closely with Developers, Testers, BAs and Delivery Managers to ensure value is delivered.

You will participate in agile ceremonies, refine user stories, and maintain alignment with the product roadmap while focusing on continuous improvement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing backlogs and prioritising requirements.
• Experience working in Agile environments and delivering value.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the product backlog for your product or workstream.
• Prioritise work based on business value, urgency and dependencies.
• Support delivery with clear priorities, scope and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and BAs to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Engage with delivery teams to translate opportunities into backlog items.
