Responsibilities

• Defining and owning the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
• Managing and prioritising the product backlog based on business value and ROI.
• Leading agile delivery teams and supporting successful sprint and release planning.
• Working closely with clients to understand requirements and translate these into scalable product features.
• Collaborating with claims, fraud, finance, and supplier‑network stakeholders to develop integrated solutions.
• Supporting pre‑sales activities, client demonstrations, tenders, and product presentations.
• Researching industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation.
• Identifying growth opportunities and creating compelling business cases for future investment.
