Job summary

RSM UK LLP is seeking a Technical Product Owner to bridge business priorities with technical delivery in the managed payroll and related services. You will translate requirements into epics and ensure backlogs are refined, prioritized and ready for delivery across teams.

The role requires strong agile experience, hands-on collaboration with developers, testers and operations, and the ability to manage dependencies and risks while upholding security and data protection standards.

Qualifications

3+ years of Technical Product Owner experience in agile environments.
Experience translating business requirements into epics and user stories.
Strong understanding of backlog refinement, sprint planning and iteration delivery.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Business Product Owner to understand priorities and deliver options.
Translate requirements into epics, stories and acceptance criteria; prioritise backlog items.
Collaborate with development, testing and operations to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
Lead technical delivery activities across the product lifecycle; manage dependencies and risks.
Validate solutions against requirements and drive continuous improvement.
