Job summary

River Learning Trust is seeking a procurement administrator to act as the central hub for our procurement function, migrating contract records to Multiquote and coordinating Tender Working Parties. This hybrid role also involves regular collaboration with School Business Managers and central teams to ensure efficient operations.

Your tasks include migrating data from Excel, setting up automated review schedules and maintaining high data integrity across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data migration and database management.
• Ability to maintain clean data standards during system transitions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with school business managers.
• Excellent organisational skills to track deadlines and flag delays.
• Experience administering tender documentation and coordinating cross-trust work

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of contract records from Excel into Multiquote.
• Establish automated review schedules to safeguard public funds.
• Coordinate Tender Working Parties and maintain weekly procurement updates.
• Build and sustain relationships with School Business Managers and central colleagues.
• Support role-based CPLD, qualifications, and development pathways.
