Job summary

The River Learning Trust is seeking a Procurement Contracts Performance Manager to centralise the operational performance of key service contracts and to govern KPI/SLA frameworks across the Trust. You will be the bridge between local school realities and Trust-wide oversight, ensuring transparent reporting and accountability for suppliers.

You will lead the design and governance of supplier-led dashboards, enforce compliance with procurement regulations, and support School Business Managers

Qualifications

• Proven supplier management and contract governance experience.
• Understanding of KPI/SLA frameworks in multi-site environments.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and transparency requirements.
• Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
• Ability to translate school needs into technical supplier requirements.

Responsibilities

• Centralise operational performance of key service contracts (catering, cleaning, grounds).
• Hold suppliers accountable to KPI and SLA frameworks.
• Synthesize school-level data into Trust-wide performance reports for executive leadership.
• Govern supplier dashboards and ensure compliance with Procurement Act 2023 (TPA) and PCR 2015.
• Provide training and escalation pathways for School Business Managers.
