Job summary

River Learning Trust is seeking a Procurement Contracts Performance Manager to centralise the operational performance of key service contracts and ensure consistent value across our schools.

You will hold suppliers to rigorous KPI and SLA frameworks, oversee supplier dashboards, and govern compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 (TPA) and PCR 2015, providing training and escalation pathways for School Business Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier management and contract governance across multi-site functions.
• Understanding of Procurement Act 2023 (TPA) and PCR 2015 transparency regulations.
• Strong data interrogation skills to evaluate supplier dashboards and identify trends.
• Excellent communication to translate school needs into supplier requirements and support School Business Managers.
• Leadership in supplier management with ability to challenge underperformance and manage escalations.

Responsibilities

• Centralise operational performance of service contracts across the Trust.
• Hold suppliers accountable for KPI/SLA reporting and dashboards.
• Govern compliance with Procurement Act 2023 (TPA) and PCR 2015 regulations.
• Support School Business Managers with training and clear escalation pathways.
