Job summary

Lloyds Bank plc in Halifax or Leeds is seeking a Technology Service Manager (Private Cloud) to lead the private cloud platform and drive service excellence across the lifecycle. You’ll partner with senior leaders, product owners and engineers to ensure resilient, secure services and a strong consumer experience.

The role requires proven service management experience with supplier/partner relationships, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to lead large meetings in a fast-paced IT

Qualifications

• Proven Service Management experience with supplier/partner relationships.
• Confidence to connect with and influence internal customers and external partners at all levels within the organisation.
• Experience in fast-paced IT organisations with competing priorities.
• Ability to lead and progress a workload independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunities and enhancements within existing partner arrangements and new contracts with Global Sourcing & Supplier Management.
• Manage client relationships under supervision or coordinate with a group of transactional clients.
• Identify process shortcomings and deliver change plans within a programme.
• Develop and/or deliver budget plans for own area.
