Job summary

IFS is seeking a Presales Solution Architect for Project-Based Solutions in the UK. The role involves delivering engaging product demonstrations, tailoring AI-enabled solutions, and collaborating with sales to drive deals.

You will engage with executives and technical stakeholders across the UK and Ireland, shaping enterprise architectures and value-based outcomes. You will work in a hybrid model with travel expectations, contributing to industry thought leadership and client discovery

Qualifications

• University degree, equivalent professional qualifications, or appropriate work history.
• 3+ years' experience in presales, consulting, or technical sales roles focused on Project Delivery, Professional Services or Enterprise Project Portfolio Management solutions.
• Strong understanding of the value that project delivery, resource management and project financial control solutions bring to project-intensive organisations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and business value propositions to both executive and technical audiences.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence, enterprise applications and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience delivering workshops, demonstrations, executive presentations and customer-facing discovery engagements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging across business and technical audiences.
• Comfortable operating across multiple teams, cultures and geographies in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel – domestically and internationally – as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging product presentations and tailored software demonstrations.
• Manage and customize demo environments, AI Solutions, scripts and assets.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to define winning sales strategies and support deal closure.
• Build strong relationships with prospect stakeholders, customers and partners.
• Represent IFS at trade shows, conferences and industry events.
• Design enterprise architecture solutions addressing project delivery, resource management and operational requirements.
• Translate client insights and market trends into actionable sales plays.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Industrial AI and AI-enabled capabilities in client engagements.
• Participate in internal enablement and training programs.
