Wilton Bradley Ltd is seeking an experienced BI Developer to join the Business Information team. The role covers the full BI lifecycle from ingestion and modeling to delivering insights via Power BI, with a focus on mature data environments and scalable, maintainable solutions.

The position offers a hybrid work pattern (office 3 days, home 2 days) after probation, working with Python, SQL Server, and Power BI to drive business value and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in BI, data analytics or analytics engineering.
• Experience with Power BI semantic modelling and DAX.
• Strong SQL for data transformations and queries.
• Python for data processing and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance Python and SQL Server data pipelines.
• Design data transformations to support reporting and analytics.
• Improve pipeline reliability with logging, monitoring and validation.
• Create Power BI reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Define data models and semantic relationships for reporting.
