Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd is looking for a BI Developer to join the growing data and analytics team. You will develop, maintain and enhance BI solutions, transforming complex data into meaningful dashboards, reports and insights to support informed decisions across the organisation.

Working with business users, operational teams and leadership, you will design data models, ETL/ELT processes and scalable reporting solutions, ensuring data governance and high data quality while delivering training

Qualifications

• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M).
• SQL skills with experience writing complex queries and optimizing performance.
• Experience building and maintaining data models for analytics.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Design and build data models that support self-service analytics.
• Gather and translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes to ensure data accuracy and availability.
• Create and manage SQL queries, views and stored procedures.
• Monitor data quality and implement validation processes.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and priorities.
• Produce documentation for data models, reports and processes.
• Support users with reporting queries and provide training.
