Job summary

Harnham in London is seeking a Power BI & Application Developer to shape client-facing analytics, reporting tools, and data products. You will design dashboards, integrate AI, and drive productized analytics across projects.

The role partners with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, lead client demos, and create intuitive UX for complex analytics, ensuring measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Strong Power BI development skills with DAX and dashboards.
• Solid SQL skills for complex datasets.
• Experience building customer-facing digital products.
• Exposure to AI technologies and LLM integrations.
• Experience implementing agentic AI workflows and automation.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocols (MCPs).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record delivering executive-level reporting.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance client-facing analytics applications, reporting tools, and data products.
• Design, build, and optimise Power BI dashboards, visualisations, and reporting solutions.
• Integrate AI technologies and LLMs into innovative applications.
• Transform traditional reporting into scalable, product-driven analytics.
• Create executive dashboards delivering actionable insights for decisions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering/Science and Architecture teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Lead client demos, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
• Develop intuitive user experiences that simplify complex analytics and maximise value.
