Job summary

phs Group plc in Haydock is seeking a proactive Planner & Scheduler to join the busy Operations team. You will plan routes for Service Drivers, analyse workload data and support daily operational reviews. This hybrid, full-time role offers a structured progression and the chance to contribute to top-tier customer service.

We are looking for candidates with scheduling experience, strong analytical and IT skills, and a customer-focused approach. A Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining efficient schedules for Service Drivers to maximise productivity and service delivery.
• Analysing routes, workloads, and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Supporting daily operational reviews and working closely with Operations Managers.
• Assisting with customer onboarding, mobilisation projects, and service queries.
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational KPIs and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Promoting best practice, process consistency, and a positive team culture.
