Qualifications

• Proven scheduling/workforce planning experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to planning.
• Experience with scheduling systems is advantageous.

• Update schedules for timetable changes and operational needs.
• Model impact of service changes on resources and costs.
• Ensure compliance with working time rules and union agreements.
